Care247Homes is a supported accommodation service operated by Care247 Solutions Limited, providing accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16–25 who are looked after, leaving care, or require additional support to achieve independence.
Our approach is centred around building trusting relationships, promoting positive wellbeing, and equipping young people with the practical skills they need for adult life. Working in partnership with local authorities across England, we deliver person-centred support that is responsive, outcome-focused and aligned with national standards and best practice.
Completion of our referral form and pre-admission risk assessments
Review of any Court direction and chronology.
Consideration of risk factors, impact on the existing group, location, availability and staff experience.
Confirmation of funding and a signed Individual Placement Agreement.
