Our Support Model

Our model of working is the Therapeutic Trauma Recovery Model (TRM) underpinned by Restorative Practice, focusing on safety, emotional regulation, healthy relationships and identity development.

Our Therapeutic Model

Trauma Recovery Model (TRM)

TRM is a structured, evidence-based framework that supports young people in recovering from complex trauma. It integrates psychological theory with practical care strategies, focusing on safety, emotional regulation, relationship building and identity development.

Restorative Practice

All staff are trained in Restorative Practice and Team Teach. Restorative approaches are used to repair relationships, hold young people accountable in a supportive way, and resolve conflict without shame or exclusion.

Together, TRM and Restorative Practice form the foundation of every interaction, plan and intervention at Levin House.
